  List of Freedmen (Chicksasw, Choctaw, Creek, Seminole, Cherokee) Resources. Includes a bibilography and a listing of Freedmen Published Histories. Contains a list of holdings at the Oklahoma Historical Society and the National Archives related to the Freedmen.

• National Archives - Dawes Rolls
  Contains a brief description about the Dawes Rolls, Dawes Act (1887) and the Dawes Commission (1893-1914). Contains information about researching the Dawes Rolls, Indexs, Census Cards and Application Jackets via the National Archives.
